Sue Romanos has a diverse work experience spanning several industries and roles. Currently, they serve as a Certified Mentor at The Venture Mentoring Team, where they help startups gain traction and reach their full potential. Previously, Sue was the CEO, Emeritus of CAREERXCHANGE®, Inc., a position they held since 2019. Prior to that, they held the role of President/CEO at CAREERXCHANGE®, Inc. since its establishment in 1989. Sue also contributed to the Federal Reserve Bank of Atlanta as a Member of the Human Capital Advisory Board in 2018. Additionally, they served as a Past Board Member and Membership Chair at The Strategic Forum, an organization focused on building deep business relationships among CEOs and business leaders. In 2005, Sue founded and managed ANSERTEAM, LLC, an alliance of staffing firms providing talent management solutions to national and regional companies. In January 2014, they obtained the WBENC (Women's Business Enterprise National Council) certification. Sue also holds certifications in CTS (Certified Temporary Specialist) from NAPS (National Association of Personnel Services), and Certified Personnel Consultant (CPC) from the same institution.
