Sue Romanos has a diverse work experience spanning several industries and roles. Currently, they serve as a Certified Mentor at The Venture Mentoring Team, where they help startups gain traction and reach their full potential. Previously, Sue was the CEO, Emeritus of CAREERXCHANGE®, Inc., a position they held since 2019. Prior to that, they held the role of President/CEO at CAREERXCHANGE®, Inc. since its establishment in 1989. Sue also contributed to the Federal Reserve Bank of Atlanta as a Member of the Human Capital Advisory Board in 2018.
