Abbey Shobe has a diverse background in accounting and business leadership. Experience includes roles at Anne Arundel Dermatology as Director of Accounting and Corporate Accounting Manager from December 2022 to January 2024, and at CareFirst BlueCross BlueShield as Manager of Technical Accounting and Financial Reporting starting January 2024. Abbey was previously an Assurance Senior at EY from October 2019 to December 2021, as well as an intern and Assurance Staff member. A solid foundation was built at Salisbury University, which culminated in a Bachelor’s Degree in Information Systems & Decision Sciences in 2017. Abbey also enhanced technical skills with the SAP Certified Associate certification after completing an intensive SAP ERP course in 2017, and held leadership roles such as Student Business Leader at Salisbury University and Assistant Crew Chief at Ocean City, Maryland Beach Patrol from June 2011 to September 2017.
