Danita Phillips

Danita Phillips has a diverse background in health care management and pastoral leadership. Currently serving as Manager of FEP Care Management and Manager of Care Management at CareFirst BlueCross BlueShield since June 2020, Danita previously held managerial roles at AbsoluteCARE Medical Center & Pharmacy and served as Clinical Audit and Appeals Administrator and Lead UM Specialist at Johns Hopkins Hospital. Danita has been the Senior Pastor at True Redemption Ministries Int'l Church since May 2004. Academic qualifications include a Master's degree in Health Care Administration/Management from the University of Maryland Global Campus, a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of Phoenix, and an Associate of Arts in Nursing from Baltimore City Community College.
