Joseph C. Davis

Joseph C. Davis, CSM, PSM, currently serves as a Delivery Lead and Project Manager at CareFirst BlueCross BlueShield, focusing on guiding scrum teams to adopt Agile/Lean methodologies and enhance overall business agility. Previously, Joseph held the position of Team Leader and IT Specialist at Evolver, where a commitment to effective communication and collaboration led to a marked increase in customer satisfaction. Joseph has also worked with Wichita Tribal Enterprises, LLC, applying Agile frameworks to achieve inventory management goals. Joseph earned a Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice/Law Enforcement Administration from Metro State University and has additional education from ITT Technical Institute.
