Georgiana Rusu

Georgiana Rusu is a seasoned Project Delivery Manager currently working at accesa.eu since February 2023, where responsibilities include project initiation, planning, execution, and risk management. Previously, Georgiana held various project management roles at IBM from January 2012 to January 2023, including managing projects for the European Commission related to BREXIT and Trans-European systems, and serving as a Change Agent focused on culture transformation. Responsibilities encompassed stakeholder coordination, resource planning, project monitoring, risk management, and ensuring timely delivery of client needs.
