Kathy McNeill

Kathy McNeill is an accomplished technology leader with extensive experience in enterprise architecture and artificial intelligence strategies. Currently serving as the Director & Principal Enterprise Architect at CareFirst BlueCross BlueShield since September 2022, Kathy has also held the role of Chief Technology Officer at Digital Consulting Solutions, LLC since April 2014. Additional roles include being a member of the Executive Advisory Board for GMU Virginia Serious Game Institute and a Board of Directors member for Montessori School Of Mclean. Kathy's past experiences include serving as Chief Strategist in AI/GenAI/Enterprise Architecture for the Federal Government and as Chief Information Officer at LaserShip. With a Bachelor's degree in English from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln and a Master's degree in Computer Science from Webster University, Kathy combines a strong academic background with a robust career in technology leadership and strategy.
