Keith Miller

Keith Miller has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Keith started their career in 1990 with the United States Marine Forces Reserve, where they served in various roles such as Intelligence Chief & Analyst and Sergeant Major. Keith retired from the military in 2020 as the Sergeant Major of MACG-48.

After their military service, Keith transitioned into the private sector and worked as a Surveillance Supervisor / Investigator at Stumar Investigations from 1998 to 2011. Keith then joined Infinity Insurance as a Special Investigator from 2011 to 2015.

In 2015, Keith joined Consilium Solutions briefly as a Claims Settlement Negotiator before moving to AmeriHealth Caritas. At AmeriHealth Caritas, they held multiple roles as an SIU Investigator, SIU Senior Investigator, and SIU Team Lead until 2022.

In 2022, Keith joined Geisinger as an Investigator II and worked there until 2023. Currently, they are working as a Lead Investigator at CareFirst BlueCross BlueShield.

Keith Miller completed their Bachelor of Arts degree in Criminal Justice from DeSales University, which they attended from 1989 to 1993. In 1995, they received certification in ACT 120 - Municipal Police Officer Training & Education from the Philadelphia Police Academy.
