Kelsey Boer

Kelsey Boer currently serves as the Operations Manager for Member Services at CareFirst BlueCross BlueShield since October 2020, following the company's acquisition of University of Maryland Health Plans. Prior to this role, Kelsey worked as the Manager of Member Services at University of Maryland Medical System Health Plans from August 2015 to October 2020. Kelsey also has experience in various positions at Crothall Healthcare, including Director and Operations Manager, as well as a Receptionist at Northwind Animal Hospital, where responsibilities included scheduling and client communication. Kelsey began a career in marketing as a Marketing Assistant at Northwind Animal Hospital, contributing to the design of promotional materials. Kelsey earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing from York College of Pennsylvania in 2011.
