Ranaye Weinapple

Ranaye Weinapple has an extensive background in marketing and product development, currently serving as the Director of Marketing and Product Development at CareFirst BlueCross BlueShield since August 1996. In this role, Ranaye focuses on strategic marketing strategies and product lifecycle management across various markets, including Medicare Advantage, Medicaid, the Affordable Care Act, student health, and Federal Employee Program. Prior to this position, Ranaye worked as a New Business Manager, identifying merger and acquisition opportunities and participating in due diligence activities.
