Todd Cioni is a seasoned compliance and ethics professional currently serving as the Vice President, Chief Compliance, Ethics & Privacy Officer at CareFirst BlueCross BlueShield. With a robust background in regulatory affairs, Todd previously held the position of Associate Commissioner of Compliance & Enforcement at the Maryland Insurance Administration from 2010 to 2019. Todd holds a Doctor of Law (JD) from the University of Baltimore School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts in Communication and Media Studies from McDaniel College, along with a high school diploma from McDonogh School.
