Zachary Rabovsky

Zachary Rabovsky serves as the Director of Population Health Strategy and Practice Transformation at CareFirst BlueCross BlueShield, where Zachary has held various positions since October 2013, including Manager of PCMH Practice Consulting and Senior Program Consultant. In addition, Zachary is an Alumni Mentor for the University of Maryland School of Public Health, contributing to the Alumni Network Mentor Program since October 2021. Previous experience includes a Federal Government Relations Intern role at Cleveland Clinic, focusing on policy research and analysis related to the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act, and a Research Assistant position at George Washington University, where Zachary conducted healthcare quality research. Earlier roles include working as an Orthopedic Technician and Medical Assistant at Bethesda Chevy Chase Orthopedic Associates and various support positions at Cleveland Clinic. Zachary holds a Master of Public Health in Health Policy from The George Washington University and a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology from the University of Maryland.
