Lara Miller

Lara Miller has a diverse work experience spanning various roles in different companies. Lara is currently working as the Head of Operations for Education and Training at CareFlight since April 2022. Prior to that, they worked as the Tender and Contract Manager at CareFlight from January 2020 to July 2022.

Before joining CareFlight, Lara worked as a Strategic Sales professional at Chandler Macleod Group from May 2017 to November 2019. Lara was responsible for providing end-to-end human resources solutions to clients in Australia, New Zealand, and Asia.

Lara also served as a Key Account Manager at Programmed from March 2016 to May 2017. At Programmed, they provided quality service and innovative business solutions to workplaces in Australia and New Zealand.

Prior to that, Lara worked as a Bid Manager at Talent International from March 2014 to February 2016, where they were responsible for delivering high-quality tender submissions and presenting the company's service offering persuasively to potential clients.

Lara also held positions at Force Corp as a CRM Administrator and Contracts Manager from December 2012 to March 2014. Additionally, Lara worked at Kelly Services as a National Account Manager and Bid Manager from February 2011 to November 2012.

Lara began their career at Chandler Macleod as a Corporate Receptionist before transitioning to roles as a Resourcer in Medical Recruitment and later as a Tender Coordinator from 2006 to 2011.

Lara Miller's education history starts with their completion of the Higher School Certificate at Broughton Anglican College, Menangle from 1996 to 2001. In 2010, they obtained a Certificate 4 in Frontline Management from OTEN. In 2013, Lara attended two short-term courses, namely Project Management Fundamentals at PM Partners Group and Systems Administration at SalesForce.com. In 2021, they completed a Mini MBA in Business Administration and Management, General from the Australian Institute of Management. Currently, Lara is pursuing a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from the Australian Institute of Management, which began in 2022.
