Dina Bourdon

Dina Bourdon, CAPM, FMP®, serves as the Facilities Manager for Carefor Health & Community Services, overseeing operations for all Ottawa locations since June 2019. Responsibilities include managing construction and renovation projects, coordinating contracts, and collaborating with engineers and tradespeople. Dina holds a Project Management College Graduate Certificate with honors from Algonquin College, where knowledge in various project management methodologies and techniques was acquired. Previous experience encompasses roles as Assistant Project Manager with the Canadian Red Cross, and multiple management positions at Rexall Pharmacy Group Ltd., Hudson's Bay Company, and Magasins Hart Stores, all demonstrating strong operational and human resource management skills. Educational qualifications include a Facility Management Professional designation, a Certificate in Corporate Human Resource Management, and an associate's degree in Print Journalism.
