Poonam Maini possesses extensive experience in talent acquisition and program coordination within the healthcare and banking sectors. Currently serving as a Talent Acquisition Officer at Carefor Health & Community Services since October 2021, Poonam has held various roles, including Talent Acquisition Advisor and Talent Acquisition & Retention Coordinator. Prior experience includes working as an Assistant Program Coordinator at CIUSSS de l'Ouest-de-l'Île-de-Montréal, where responsibilities included program development and administrative support. Poonam also held positions as a Talent Acquisition Specialist at Recruit N Refer Technology Inc. and Standard Chartered Bank, as well as a Staffing Consultant at ICICI Bank. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Business/Commerce from Delhi University, an MBA with a focus on Human Resources Management from Symbiosis Institute of Business Management, and training in Web Engineering from APTECH Computer Education.
