Andrew Beltz, MBA, MPH, is the Lead Business Analyst at Careforth, currently focused on identifying clinical and operational improvement opportunities in healthcare. Previously, they served as a Senior Business Analyst for the Medicare Stars Program at Tufts Health Plan, where they contributed to achieving a 5-Star rating within two years and presented findings at national conferences. Andrew has also held roles at Point32Health, where they provided analytical support for various initiatives, and at Tufts Health Plan, where their work in pharmacy analysis delivered significant cost savings. They earned dual degrees in MBA and MPH with a focus on Health Care Management from Boston University.
