Estelle Brooks

Estelle Brooks has a diverse work experience starting in 2000 as an Assistant Director of Nurses at Trisun Healthcare. Estelle then worked as an Assisted Living Supervisor and Clinical Care Coordinator at Brookdale Senior Living. Estelle also worked as a Nurse Analyst at AFFILIATED COMPUTER SERVICES BUSINESS PROCESS SOLUTIONS. Estelle then joined Xerox - Texas Medicaid and Healthcare Partnership (TMHP) as a Senior Operations BA and Senior Program Policy Analyst. Estelle also worked at Xerox as a Program Manager and later as an Associate Manager at Accenture. Estelle then worked at the Texas Health and Human Services Commission as a Managed Care Long Term Services and Supports Lead and Senior Policy Advisor. Estelle's recent roles include working as a Director at Regency Integrated Health Services, LLC and currently as the Director of Business Development for government programs at Careforth. Throughout their career, Estelle has demonstrated strong leadership skills, policy development expertise, and a commitment to advocating for older adults and individuals with disabilities.

Estelle Brooks completed an Associate's Degree in Adult Health Nurse/Nursing at Victoria College from 1989 to 1991. In 2013, they pursued a course in Government and Business Correspondence at Austin Community College. In 2002, they attended Texas State University to study Assisted Living Administration. Estelle is currently enrolled in nursing education at RUE.
