Jennifer Crosbie is the Director of Business Development for Government Programs at Careforth. With experience in health and human service program administration, Jennifer has developed expertise in program development, budget management, and policy analysis. Previously, Jennifer served as the Assistant Director of Institutional, Residential & Day Services for the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, where they managed long-term care programs for MassHealth members. Additionally, Jennifer held the position of Money Follows the Person Project Director in Rhode Island, leading initiatives to enhance community-based service access. Jennifer earned a BA in Social & Rehabilitation Services from Assumption College.
