Tonya Winger

Tonya Winger, CPA, currently serves as the Director of Finance at Carefree of Colorado since November 2024. Previously, Winger held the position of Finance Director at Highridge Medical, where leadership in the Spine finance/accounting team led to significant EBITDA improvements and a focus on financial acumen training. Prior experience includes roles as Vice President of Finance at Ensign-Bickford Industries, where Winger oversaw significant acquisition activities, and various financial leadership roles at Medtronic, Covidien, Azura Living, Sunrise Medical, Hunter Douglas, and Anderson & Whitney. Winger possesses a master's degree in Accounting from the University of Colorado Denver and a bachelor's degree in Accounting from the University of Wyoming.
