Tammy Humphries is the current Payroll Operations Manager at CareGuide. Tammy has over 10 years of experience in payroll and HR, with a focus on employee relations and customer service. Prior to joining CareGuide, Tammy was a Country Manager for Lafarge US, responsible for managing the performance of 12 HR/Payroll staff and supporting escalated customer service issues. Tammy has also held positions as a Payroll Manager and Kronos Application Support Manager at Lafarge North America. Tammy Humphries is a graduate of the University of Guelph, where they also served as a Graduate Teaching Assistant responsible for student support, grading, seminar preparation and delivery.
