Lori Brandt has over 28 years of work experience in the IT industry. Lori began their career in 1993 as an IT Support Analyst at Herman Miller, where they also held positions as a Client Services Team Specialist, Pallet Distributor & Allocation Specialist, and Tool Crib Lead, Material Handler, Hilo-Driver. In 2008, they joined Gordon Food Service as an Information Systems CRM Mobile Technology Support. Lori then joined IT Resource, Inc. in 2011 as an IT Support Manager, where they managed a team of Tier I/II hybrid IT Support Analysts and was responsible for hiring, scheduling, and workload of all team members. Lori also held the position of Help Desk Manager, where they were an integral partner in the design and development of the company's Help Desk and managed a team of Tier 1 Help Desk Support Technicians. Currently, they are a Service Manager at RedRock Information Security LLC.

Lori Brandt holds a BSIT with Honors from the University of Phoenix in Information Technology.
