Ashley Kowalski

Ashley Kowalski has had a long and successful career in the healthcare industry. Ashley began their career in 2008 as a Care Partner at Vanderbilt Medical Center. In 2009, they moved to St Thomas West Hospital where they held the roles of Case Manager-Registered Nurse and Registered Nurse. In 2014, they joined Aspire Health, Inc. as the RN Manager of Central Nursing Operations, where they managed a team of 28 clinicians and paved the way for RNs to function in a multidisciplinary team. In 2018, they moved to Tennessee Oncology as a Clinical Manager. In 2019, they were appointed Director of Clinical Care at Alive Hospice. Most recently, in 2021, they joined CareHarmony as a Clinical Solutions Manager.

Ashley Kowalski attended Middle Tennessee State University (MTSU) from 2007 to 2011 and earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Nursing.
