Lap Phan

Lap Phan has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. In 2014, they worked as an Accountant at Parkland Design Inc., where they performed accounting and bookkeeping tasks. In the same year, they also worked as an Assistant Controller at Parkland Design Inc., where they audited and revised the company's books. Lap continued to work as an Accountant at Parkland Property Management LLC, where they performed various accounting tasks.

In 2014, Lap Phan also worked at Skyline Wireless as an Accountant, where they audited invoices and prepared custom reports. In 2015, they had an internship as a Planning Analyst at Pepsico Foods Vietnam, where they were in charge of expense tracking and analysis. Later in 2015, they became a Planning Assistant at Pepsico Food Vietnam, managing commercial pricing models.

In 2016, Lap Phan joined Glass Egg as a Data Analyst for the Bloomer App. Lap worked with development teams to design and implement CMS and tracking metrics. Lap collaborated with management, product, and marketing teams to track campaign results and improve processes.

From 2017 to 2018, Lap Phan worked at Axon Active Vietnam as a Product Owner for an Agile Offshore Software Development Company. In this role, they managed the team's product.

In 2018, they joined Grab, initially working as a Technical Program Manager and later as a Country Product Operations role. As a Technical Program Manager, they owned programs related to internal communications, product feature readiness, and release management.

In 2020, Lap Phan joined Zoop Care as a Product Manager, responsible for discovering more about Zoop Care. Lap then moved to Care in 2021, continuing their Product Manager role.

Throughout their work experience, Lap Phan has demonstrated their ability to handle various roles and responsibilities in product management, program management, data analysis, accounting, and planning.

Lap Phan has a diverse education history. Lap obtained their Master's Degree in Accounting at Strayer University from 2011 to 2013. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor's Degree in Accounting at Stratford University from 2010 to 2011. Before pursuing higher education, Lap Phan earned an Associate's Degree in Business Administration at Northern Virginia Community College from 2006 to 2008.

In addition to their formal education, Lap Phan has also acquired several certifications. In June 2023, they obtained "The Fundamentals of Digital Marketing" certification from Google Digital Garage. In August 2018, they earned the CSM (Certified Scrum Master) certification from Scrum Alliance. Furthermore, in November 2017, Lap Phan obtained the CSPO (Certified Scrum Product Owner) certification, also from Scrum Alliance.
