Michael Lu is an accomplished entrepreneur and business leader with extensive experience in the healthcare and service industries. As Founder and CEO of CareHop Nursing & Home Care since 2012, Michael has focused on enhancing healthcare quality in Canada through innovative home care services. In November 2023, Michael expanded the CareHop brand to include home cleaning services. Previously, Michael spent eight years at Procter & Gamble Canada as a Business Manager in marketing, where significant brand successes were achieved, notably revitalizing the Canadian Braun business. Michael also held leadership roles at Shanggong (HK) Ltd. and began a career in account management with China Resources Group and SGSB Group. Michael holds an MBA from HEC Montréal and is currently enrolled at Medix College of Healthcare.
