Michael Starkey

Michael Starkey serves as the Director of Operations at Careington International Corporation since November 2020, overseeing a team of 30 employees across various operational functions. Previously, Michael held leadership roles at Lhoist, where significant improvements in shipping systems and staffing efficiencies were achieved, and at CBTS, where management of IP telephony deployments for the State of Ohio was primary. Michael's earlier experience includes serving as Assistant Vice President at HAUSER, successfully turning around TPA operations and significantly enhancing service levels, and a similar role at Great American Insurance Group, managing IT services and a multi-million dollar budget. Michael holds a Master's degree in Business Administration from Xavier University and bachelor's degrees in Health Services Administration and Business Administration from Ohio University.
