After that, they did a City & Guilds 236 Electrical installation C from Norwich City College from 2000 to 2005. In 2017-2018, Ben enrolled in The Open University to obtain a Certificate of Business Management in Business Administration and Management, General. In 2019, they obtained a National General Certificate in Occupational Health and Safety from NEBOSH. In 2020, Ben received an Internal Quality Management System Auditor Certificate in ISO 9001 Quality Management System auditing from Bywater. Ben also holds a certificate in Business Management from The Open University.
