Francesco Nalini

Francesco Nalini is the current CEO at CAREL. Prior to this, they were the Director of Organization at CAREL, where they fully implemented a company-wide ERP system in less than 9 months with no major disruptions. Francesco also rolled out the system to sales subsidiaries abroad and other plants. Additionally, they redesigned the management accounting and business intelligence systems of the Group. Francesco has also worked as a Junior Associate at McKinsey & Company, where they were engaged in sales stimulation, cost reduction, and M&A in the financial industry. Francesco has also served as a Board Director at Agricola Biometano S.p.A., a company investing in farming and bioenergy production. Francesco has a degree in Business Engineer from BSI Online SA.

Francesco Nalini is a graduate of SDA Bocconi with a degree in Business Administration and of Università degli Studi di Padova with a degree in Engineering. Francesco is also certified by Singularity University in Executive Program March 2017 and by State exam in Professional Engineering Licence.
