Laura Dehaan

Laura DeHaan has extensive experience in customer service and management roles across multiple organizations. Currently serving as a Billing Project Specialist at CareLinc Medical since August 2010, Laura has held various positions including Executive Assistant, Billing Specialist, and Customer Service Representative, demonstrating a commitment to achieving high customer satisfaction through efficient service and a broad knowledge of durable medical equipment. Prior experience includes serving as a Team Leader for the City of Wyoming, where Laura managed daily activities and large groups of children for the Parks and Recreation Department's Summer Camp Program, and as a Volleyball Coach at Vanguard Charter Academy, where coaching responsibilities included organizing tryouts and planning practices for middle school athletes. Laura holds an Associate's degree in Business Administration and Management from Davenport University, awarded in 2011, and received a GED from South Christian High School in 2009.
