Neil Doolan

Neil Doolan is an accomplished data engineering professional with extensive experience in managing and leading data teams across various organizations. At DraftKings Inc., Neil currently serves as a Data Engineering Manager, a position held since July 2025. Prior to this, Neil held multiple roles at Carelon Global Solutions Ireland, including Senior Manager of Data Engineering and Principal in Data Engineering & AI, from January 2022 to July 2025. Neil's earlier experience includes a tenure at Aon Centre for Innovation and Analytics as a Data Engineering Manager and other positions from August 2015 to January 2022, as well as a brief role as a Data Analyst at M+W Group - EMEA in 2015. Neil holds an LLM in Law from Trinity College Dublin and an MSc in Global Financial Information Systems from Waterford Institute of Technology.
