John Victor Olaso

John Victor "JV" Olaso is a seasoned Human Resource professional with extensive experience in HR management and business partnering, currently serving as a Senior Human Resource Manager at Carelon Global Solutions Philippines since December 2022. In this role, Olaso influences and implements comprehensive Human Capital strategies while leading a team of HR Business Partners and Associate Relationship Specialists. Prior to joining Carelon, Olaso spent over 15 years at SYKES, progressing through various roles from Site HR Associate to Senior Manager, where responsibilities included collaboration with senior management on attrition, labor compliance, employee motivation, and performance management. Olaso holds a Bachelor of Science in Commerce with a major in Management and Entrepreneurship from De La Salle University and a Diploma in Industrial Relations from the University of the Philippines.
