Amy Fahrenkopf

Amy Fahrenkopf, MD, MPH, serves as the Head of Growth & Strategic Initiatives at Carelon Health. Previously, Amy held the position of President of HSS Health and Senior Vice President of Digital Transformation at the Hospital for Special Surgery. As the Founder and a Board Member of RightMove Health, Amy also assumed the role of Interim CEO. Additionally, Amy has contributed as Chief Medical Officer and Senior Vice President of Value Based Strategy at Socially Determined and served as Deputy Undersecretary for Health, Community Care at the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs. Academic credentials include an MD from Yale School of Medicine and an MPH in Health Policy from Harvard T.H. Chan School of Public Health.
