Jessica May has over 25 years of experience in various medical office roles. Jessica currently works as a Senior Billing Specialist at Carelon Health and previously held similar positions at Aspire Health, Inc. and CareMore Health. Jessica's experience includes roles such as Referral Coordinator, Business Office Customer Care Rep, Front Office Clerk, Prior Auth/Insurance Verifications, Medical Collections, and Medical File Clerk. Jessica started their medical office education at Cardiovascular Center of Southern Nevada and holds an Associate's Degree in Transfer Studies from the College of the Redwoods.
