Beth Franke

Beth Franke has extensive experience in healthcare operations, currently serving as Staff VP of Cost Optimization and Coordination of Benefits at Carelon since October 2015. In this role, Franke is responsible for the design and execution of a centralized prepayment review operational department, overseeing clinical reviews of claims related to fraud, waste, and abuse investigations. Notable achievements include growing the department from 4 to over 100 associates and realizing a substantial return on investment. Prior to Carelon, Franke held the position of Director of Enterprise Portfolio Execution at Elevance Health, where oversight of a $30M portfolio and management of project execution was central to the role. Franke holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mathematics from Centre College.
