Ericka Williams

Ericka (Welch) Williams, MBA PMP, is an accomplished leader in the healthcare sector with extensive experience in strategic management and operational excellence. Currently serving as the Director of Business Strategy, Member Experience & Engagement at Carelon since June 2024, Ericka previously held multiple key positions at Elevance Health from February 2014 to June 2024, including Chief of Staff/Strategy Director, Program Director, and Healthcare Services Director. Prior experience includes the role of Chief Operating Officer at Kirschner & Associates, P.C., where strategic leadership was provided for day-to-day operations, and several positions at Piedmont, including Information Technology Project Manager. Ericka holds an MBA in Business Management and a BS in Psychology, both from Kennesaw State University.
