Jessica Teng, MPH, serves as a Senior Clinical Research Project Manager at Carelon since March 2018, leading projects within the Pediatric Heart Network. Previously, Jessica held the role of Senior Project Manager at Brigham and Women's Hospital from September 2009 to March 2018, overseeing a PCORI-funded clinical trial aimed at improving health outcomes for underserved asthma patients, while also managing IRB processes and developing culturally-sensitive study materials. Earlier experiences include project management in operational research related to cholera, HIV, and food insecurity in rural Haiti, along with research and advocacy roles at Partners In Health and NARAL Pro-Choice Massachusetts, where a significant report on reproductive health was developed. Jessica holds a Master of Public Health with a focus on Maternal and Child Health from Boston University and a Bachelor of Science in Medical Microbiology and Immunology from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
