Jim Gentz

Jim Gentz serves as the Sr. Director of Healthcare Digital Transformation at Carelon since June 2021, focusing on the design and delivery of digital and AI-driven referral and care coordination solutions. Prior experience includes roles at Anthem, Inc. as an Anthem.ai Program Manager and in various positions at Sentara Healthcare, TMS Health Solutions, John Muir Health, Kaiser Permanente, Genentech, and Kadium, all emphasizing digital health strategies, product management, and agile development. Gentz holds a BS in Operations Management from the USC Marshall School of Business and a BS in Business Administration from the University of Southern California.
