Kevin Fulmer

Kevin Fulmer, MBA, currently serves as the Clinical Program Director at Carelon, where responsibilities include overseeing the strategic development and management of real-world evidence (RWE) data environments to enhance RWE research capabilities through unique partnerships. Previously, Kevin held the role of Integrated Research Network Director at Carelon, focusing on optimizing pragmatic and clinical research studies. Their experience also includes serving as Director of Delivery & Insights at Anexinet, leading analytic research teams, and Director of Client & Field Services at Verilogue, managing data collection and client relationships. Earlier positions include a Billing Analyst at Iron Mountain Records Management, Claims Analyst II at GMAC Insurance, and Customer Service Representative at DaimlerChrysler Financial Services. Kevin holds an MBA from Penn State Great Valley and a Bachelor's degree in Management Science and Information Systems from Penn State University.
