Melissa Klufio Peeler

Melissa Klufio Peeler currently serves as Vice President & General Manager of Musculoskeletal and Surgical Suite at Carelon, a position held since August 2023. Prior to this, Melissa held various roles at AIM Specialty Health, including Vice President of Solution Operations and Solution Director for the Musculoskeletal Program from July 2018 to October 2023. Melissa's experience at Anthem, Inc. spanned from July 2013 to July 2018, where roles included Principal Consultant and Senior Consultant. Earlier in Melissa's career, positions at Boston Children's Hospital and Cerner Corporation provided a strong foundation in application development and solution delivery. Melissa holds an M.B.A. in Health Enterprise Management, Marketing, and International Business from Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management, and a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Stanford University. Additionally, Melissa completed the International Baccalaureate at SOS Hermann Gmeiner International College.
