Thaddeus J. Weber

Thaddeus J. Weber, MPA, serves as the Project Quality Manager at Carelon, leading the Quality Management Division since October 2022. Previously, Thaddeus held several management roles, including Area Practice Manager at DePaul Community Health Centers, where operational oversight led to a significant increase in customer satisfaction and a 40% reduction in turnover. Other experiences include managing clinic operations for the Jefferson Parish Human Service Authority and serving in various capacities at TriWest Healthcare Alliance, WAFC Non Profit, Ochsner Health System, Alameda County Medical Center, Kaiser Permanente, and Epic. Thaddeus holds a Master of Public Administration from Southern University and a Project Management Professional certification.
