Camisha Ester

Camisha Ester has extensive work experience in the learning and training field. Camisha is currently the Director of Learning at CarelonRx, a position they have held since November 2018. Prior to this role, Camisha worked at Anthem for over 20 years. Camisha held various positions during their tenure, including Manager of Learning, Learning Program Manager, and Learning Consultant. In these roles, they managed training programs, led content development teams, and fostered strategic relationships with executive leadership. Camisha also worked as a Lead Training Specialist/Training Specialist at Anthem, where they coached and developed a team of trainers and collaborated with senior leaders to identify and address training needs.

Camisha Ester holds a Masters degree in Education from Capella University, which they obtained in 2006. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Health Management from Southeast Missouri State University in 1996. Additionally, Camisha has obtained certifications such as Prosci® Certified Change Practitioner from Prosci in 2022, and Negotiations: A Human Relations Approach from Dale Carnegie Training in 2015.
