Elizabeth Seipp, MBA, SHRM-CP has an extensive work experience spanning over several industries and roles. Elizabeth is currently serving as the Director of HR and Talent Acquisition at CareMax, Inc. Elizabeth previously worked at Pediatric Associates, South Florida as a Human Resources Business Partner, focusing on mergers and acquisitions. Prior to that, they were the Human Resources Manager and Training and Development Specialist at Clinical Care Medical Centers. Elizabeth also worked as a Human Resources Specialist in Learning and Development at Fontainebleau Miami Beach. Elizabeth spent a significant portion of their career at Nicklaus Children's Health System as a Residency Program Manager, where they oversaw the daily operations of the Pediatric Dental Residency Program and supported the HR leadership team in employee engagement and recruitment. Elizabeth began their career as a Licensed Insurance Agent at Humana, where they enrolled Medicare recipients in Medicare Advantage Plans. Elizabeth also worked as a Sales Manager at Macy's, responsible for managing a department and coaching sales associates. Elizabeth's diverse work experience showcases their expertise in various HR functions and their ability to adapt to different industries.

Elizabeth Seipp holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from Western Governors University, which they obtained in 2020. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Human Resources Management from the same institution in 2018. Elizabeth also holds an Associate of Science (AS) degree in Elementary Education and Teaching, which they obtained from Miami Dade College in 2013.
