Michelle Hunt

Michelle Hunt began their work experience as a Senior Financial Services Representative at TMobile in 2000. Michelle assisted customers with billing, plan changes, and general financial-related questions. In 2002, they joined MetLife as a Support Specialist in the Individual Disability Insurance Sales Division. Michelle then worked at Amerigroup from 2011 to 2016 as an Operations Expert Supervisor Team Lead, where they supervised non-exempt direct reports and reviewed medical benefits and claim forms. In 2016, Michelle became a Supervisor Team Lead at Iron Bow Technologies, overseeing a team of 16 and handling customer service inquiries. From 2017 to 2020, they worked at Cognizant as a Supervisor Team Leader, guiding employees, and communicating project and program statuses. Currently, Michelle is employed at CareMetx, LLC as Team Lead Quality Specialist, responsible for program activities and meeting client obligations.

Michelle Hunt enrolled at the University of Phoenix from 2021 to 2022, where they pursued Leadership Training. Prior to this, they attended Judson ISD from 1975 to 1979, where they completed a General Studies program.
