Tom Hasara

Tom Hasara is a seasoned management professional with extensive experience in the healthcare and military sectors. Currently serving as the VP of Operational Excellence and President at CareNational since October 2011, Tom has played a crucial role in enhancing healthcare staffing solutions through a focus on quality and efficiency. Prior to this, Tom held positions such as Director of Business Intelligence and Research Manager, where leadership in the Research Department facilitated the identification and sourcing of top-tier medical talent. Earlier career experiences include roles as Operations Supervisor for Quality Assurance at the US Census Bureau and Field Supervisor at HSS Security. With a military background as a Deputy Chief of Command Events and Military Intelligence Officer in the US Army, Tom is recognized for improving team efficiency and organizational effectiveness. Tom holds a BA in Political Science from Indiana University Bloomington and completed the Military Intelligence Career Course.
