Currently serving as the Director of Process Improvement, Quality, and Training at Millwork Brands Inc. since July 2022, Marcia previously held the position of Continuous Improvement Specialist at Central Insurance Companies from June 2016 to June 2022. Prior to this, Marcia worked at Eaton Corporation as a Lean Manufacturing Supervisor from December 1994 to June 2016. Marcia holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration and Human Resource Management from American Intercontinental University, earned between 2006 and 2008.
