Arvin Siozon

Arvin Siozon has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Arvin started their career in 2006 as a Systems Analyst/Developer at Philippine National Bank, where they developed the Data Centre and Account Profitability Analysis System using ASP.NET/VB, MS SQL Server 2000, and Crystal Reports.

Arvin then joined EMERSON in 2006 and served as a Systems Analyst/Senior Programmer. In this role, they acted as a mentor, advisor, and consultant, collaborating with stakeholders and business analysts to provide innovative solutions to the company's business groups. Arvin successfully developed the MPN Data Centre, which significantly improved productivity and acted as the data warehouse for Global Material Data Centre (GMDC).

From 2010 to 2012, Arvin worked as a Senior Consultant at dbWizards Inc. Arvin communicated with clients, resolved client issues, and analyzed current processes to provide innovative solutions. One of their accomplishments was developing HRWizard V3 (MVC version).

In 2012, Arvin joined Harbour IT Asia/2bInteractive as a Team Lead .NET Developer. Arvin was responsible for leading the software development team, ensuring timely project delivery, and addressing any issues or risks. Arvin also designed efficient, flexible, reusable, extensible, maintainable, and secure software and database architectures. Arvin successfully completed projects for clients such as Barambah Organics and Displays Direct.

Arvin then worked as a Technical Lead at The Fournaise Marketing Group - The Marketing Performance Booster® from 2015 to 2018.

Currently, Arvin is working at Carenet Health as an IT Manager. In this role, they manage and oversees a Scrum team, ensures alignment with sprint goals, provides technical guidance, and mitigates risks. Arvin actively participates in meetings, code reviews, and provides guidance on QA and Dev's best practices.

Arvin Siozon obtained a Master's degree in Technology Management from the University of the Philippines, where they studied from 2017 to 2020. Prior to that, they completed a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science with a focus on Computer Software Engineering from the University Of Caloocan City, from 1999 to 2003. In addition to their formal education, Arvin also holds a certification in MCITP: SQL Server 2008 Database Administrator from Microsoft.
