Bobbilynn then pursued some college coursework in health services and allied health at Clinton Community College in 2012. In 2013, they obtained a certificate in CNA-I from Carteret Community College.

Bobbilynn further expanded their knowledge by completing a medical/clinical assistant degree at Kaplan University from 2015 to 2016. In the same year, they acquired additional certifications in various healthcare-related topics, such as avoiding Medicare fraud and abuse, drug diversion, HIPAA, infection control, and the Medicare home health benefit.

In 2004, they received a degree in medical/legal office assistance from Champlain Valley Technical Education Center (CV-TEC). Bobbilynn also obtained certifications in medical office assisting and medical terminology specialist from CV-TEC in 2005, along with recognition from the National Technical Honor Society.
