Chad T. has a solid work experience in the Information Technology (IT) field. Chad currently holds the position of Information Technology Operations Manager at Carenet Health since December 2022. Prior to this, Chad worked at Stericycle for 14 years, starting in September 2008. During their time at Stericycle, they held various roles, including IT Operations Manager, IT Team Lead Implementations, and Manager of IT Infrastructure. Chad T. earned an Associate degree in Computer Science from Tarrant County College between 1996 and 1999. In addition to their formal education, they have obtained various certifications throughout their career. In 2000, they earned the Microsoft MCP certification. In 2015, they completed the VMware vSphere with Operations Management: Fast Track v5.1 program and obtained a Certificate of Completion. In 2017, Chad acquired several certifications from the U.S. Department of Homeland Security, including 100W - Operational Security (OPSEC) for Control Systems, 210W-01 Cybersecurity for Industrial Control Systems - Differences in Deployments of ICS, and 210W-02 Influence of Common Information Technology (IT) Components on ICS. In 2018, they obtained the AWS - Cloud Practitioner Essentials certification from Amazon Web Services, as well as three certifications from FEMA: IS-100.b - Introduction to Incident Command System, IS-700.a - National Incident Management System (NIMS) An Introduction, and IS-800.c - National Response Framework, An Introduction.
