Mohideen M. began their work experience in 2004 as a Programmer at Happy Learn. Mohideen then worked as a Technology Trainer at Faith Infotech from 2005 to 2006, where they provided pre-defined training capsules to software engineers. From 2006 to 2007, Mohideen worked as a Software Engineer at Sprint Technologies Pvt Ltd, developing web applications and providing training in .NET Technologies. Mohideen then joined QuEST Global (erstwhile NeST Software) in 2007 as a Senior Software Engineer and remained with the company until 2013, during which they took on the role of Project Leader and Senior Software Engineer. In 2014, they worked as a Software Engineer at NeST Technologies before joining QuEST Global again as a Project Leader. In 2015, Mohideen became a Computer System Analyst at Openwave Computing LLC, and in 2017, they joined Carenet Healthcare Services as a Software Developer.
