Robin Peloquin has a diverse work experience spanning various leadership roles in the customer service and healthcare industries.

From 1996 to 1998, Robin worked at Aon (formerly Innovative Services of America) as a Call Center Manager, where they managed customer service operations and trained employees.

From 1998 to 2000, Robin served as the Information Technology Help Desk Manager at Daou Systems, Inc., supporting healthcare providers across multiple hospitals.

In 2000, Robin joined Alpine Access, Inc. as the Vice President of Centers of Excellence, overseeing business support, client services, training and development, and HR functions. They continued in various leadership roles until 2012, when the company was acquired by SYKES.

At SYKES, Robin served as the Executive Director of Training Operations, North America, and later as the Vice President of Learning Services and Vice President of Centers of Excellence. They managed learning specialists and supported work-at-home employees.

From 2010 to 2015, Robin was a board member at Cedarcreek Community Church, responsible for overseeing the organization's assets, operations, and personnel.

At Mason Companies, Inc., Robin was the Director of Customer Care Contact Centers from 2019 to 2021. They led strategies and initiatives to enhance customer and employee experiences across various channels.

From 2021 to 2022, Robin worked at Omni Interactions as the Vice President of Delivery Operations and Enterprise Projects, managing new client implementation and technology-related projects. They also served as the Vice President of Digital Learning, overseeing the development of a strong team of digital learning experts.

Currently, Robin holds the position of Vice President of Learning and Development at Carenet Health, where they align care, support, and guidance with consumer needs in the health and wellness industry.

Robin Peloquin has a diverse education history. In 1988 to 1989, Robin attended Barnes Business College, studying Computer Science. From 1993 to 2000, Robin pursued Accounting at Metropolitan State University of Denver, although a specific degree was not indicated. In 2006 to 2007, Robin attended Villanova University and earned a diploma in Project Management. Additionally, Robin obtained a certification in Learning Experience Design - Ideas to Impact from NovoEd in March 2023.
