Paul Landau is the CEO and Founder of Careology, a company that provides cutting-edge device and software solutions to help individuals adopt healthier lifestyles. Prior to starting Careology, Paul was the Founder and CEO of Fitbug Ltd & Kiqplan. Paul is one of the pioneers of the "wearables" space, having launched Fitbug in 2005.

Under Paul's leadership, Fitbug became one of the most influential players in the global wearables market. The company focused predominantly on the B2B space, establishing client relationships with health insurance providers in the UK, USA and Asia, such as Bupa, Vitality, Discovery Health, Humana Vitality and United Healthcare. Additionally, Fitbug established many corporate wellness partnerships with prominent operators such as Optum, Willis Towers Watson, Punter Southall and RedBrick Health.

In 2014, Paul expanded Fitbug's offering through the creation and launch of "Kiqplan", an innovative 12-week digital coaching service. Kiqplan works with smartphones, wearables, fitness apps and smart watches, turning data into a personalized plan that coaches users to achieve specific health goals. As part of this evolution, Paul established strategic partnerships with global players such as Samsung, Jawbone, Garmin, Misfit, UnderArmour and MyFitnessPal.

Paul Landau has a Bachelor’s Degree in Management Sciences from The University of Manchester. Paul also has A Levels in Economics, English Literature, and Design & Technology from City of London School.
