Tim Seipke

Tim Seipke serves as the President and Vice President of Sales at CareOne Senior Care since April 2014, contributing to an award-winning home care startup that provides managed services for seniors and disabled patients in Greater Southeast Michigan. Prior experience includes roles such as Area Vice President of Sales at Aurora Spine, where Tim focused on expanding sales in the spinal implant market, and Regional Vice President of Sales at SeaSpine Inc, coordinating strategic growth in the Midwest and Northeast. Tim also held significant positions at Zimmer Biomet and DePuy Synthes Companies, overseeing large sales teams and achieving notable recognitions, including “Regional Sales Manager of the Year.” Tim's career commenced at Biomet as a Senior Product Specialist, emphasizing sales training and management in various orthopedic fields. Tim holds a Bachelor of Business Administration with a double major in Marketing and Management from Northwood University.
